Often working within local authority framework agreements, this is our most rewarding division.

Our sites include schools – libraries – medical centres – car parks – local transport centres all challenging our ability to deliver site solutions safely, on time and in budget.

Other specialist projects have included internal / external re-developments to shops and restaurants. These often require us to accommodate stringent health & safety demands together with round the clock working.

Build sensitive projects including sub-terrainian structures and acheological sites have proved particulaly challenging. Again we have delivered on time and within budget.
